Coaching for Career Transition

A Practical 10-Hour Training for Coaches

Coaching for Career Transition is a 10-hour, practitioner-level course designed for coaches who want to confidently support clients navigating career change, reinvention, burnout, redundancy, or the quiet question of what’s next—without rushing, rescuing, or over-intellectualising the work.

This course is highly practical, deeply considered, and grounded in how transition actually unfolds in real coaching sessions.

Who is this course for?

This program is designed for:

  • Coaches working with midlife, leadership, or career-transition clients
  • Coaches who feel confident coaching goals but less certain coaching ambiguity
  • Coaches who want structure without becoming prescriptive
  • Coaches who want to support identity-level change without crossing into therapy

If your clients say things like:

  • “I know something needs to change, I just don’t know what”
  • “I don’t want to make the wrong move”
  • “I feel stuck, but I don’t know why”

This course is for you.

What Makes This Course Different

Most career coaching programs focus on:

  • Recognise where a client is in the transition process within minutes
  • Coach confusion, ambivalence, and loss with confidence
  • Help clients separate identity from role and title
  • Re-author career narratives without erasing the past
  • Design small, meaningful experiments that create momentum
  • Move clients forward without rushing or rescuing
  • Hold depth and practicality at the same time
